Geo way from Stanserhorn to Wirzweli
Take the historic funicular railway and the cabrio cableway to Standerhorn. This is where the scenic hike begins. The hiking trail first leads zigzagging steeply downhill. At Ober Holzwang the path is almost level again before you ascend to Gummenalp via the Ronenhütte. There we made a small detour towards the Ronengrat to enjoy the fantastic view. From Gummenalp you follow the path down to Wirzweli, where you take the cable car down to Dallenwil. There is a shuttle bus to the train. Hiking time approx. 4h.
