Get up early !
Our safari started early in the morning with a flight from Bamburi Airfield Mombasa to the Crocodile Camp of the African Safari Club. (1). The small private airport is very close to the hotel. From there we flew right up to the Crocodile Lodge. It couldn't be more comfortable.
On the morning game drive we spotted the first animals and in the afternoon we found the lions.
On the second day we drove by safari bus through Tsavo East and West, visited a Masai village and arrived at Kimana Camp on Kilimanjaro. (2). The next morning we experienced the impressive wildlife there. From the grass runway of Kimana Park we flew back to Bamburi Airfield (3) and with us many pictures and beautiful memories.
