In Huy, the 14th century Gothic collegiate church of Notre-Dame with its treasury stands out. The town is dominated by a fortress. It houses a memorial dedicated to the Second World War.

The portal called Bethlehem is one of the main sights of Huy and an important work of Gothic art in Belgium. Classified as a whole since 1933, it has been included in the list of major heritage of Wallonia.

Its history remains obscure. No source provides information about it before the 16th century. Its 14th-century sculpted tympanum - the only one entirely preserved in the Mosan country - is integrated into a building independent of the collegiate church, which has undergone several transformations.
