On the Schubert Cycle Path

The cycle path leads from Traismauer very soon through the Ahrenberger Kellergasse. A romantic alley with one wine cellar next to the other. In the evening one or the other has 'ausgesteckt'(marked that the cellar is open), the road is then closed and Heurigen benches are set up. We liked it very well.

Cellar alleys are very typical for the area. On the Austrian Way of St. James we were close by in the

Ahrenberger Kellergasse

After a 75 km daily stage there is a deserved end at the Heurigen in the Ahrenberger Kellergasse.

Cheers Renate, Dieter, Vreni, Gerhard

Heurigenweckerl

Worth mentioning: the gigantic Heurigenweckerl - it satisfies every hunger!

Vreni and Gerhard

Vreni and Gerhard, satisfied with the daily stage, the weather and the cheerful gathering with friends at the Heurigen.
